We have extensive experience in this field of repairs. We use only the highest
quality parts and bearings, and we believe we can save you downtime and money
on your handpiece repairs. Currently, we service handpieces for over 700 dentists in
and out of the state of Illinois. We repair all models of air driven high speed and slow speed handpieces, and we replace turbines only when necessary. Our high speed
repairs start as low as $65 for the Midwest Standard Chuck models. We will call with
an estimate when costs exceed our standard rebuild prices. In addition, we provide
our clients with a standard rebuild price list and complete care and maintenance instructions to help extend the life of your handpieces. We also provide
free shipping labels to send your handpiece into us.
Most high speed handpieces are received,
repaired and shipped back within a 24-hour period.
 

We replace most fiber-optic bundles, we rethread handpiece connectors and
secure loose heads. We use only the highest quality bearings and parts. We use the
best bearing presses and blocks, bearing pullers and auto-chuck pull testers and
gauges available in the industry. Handpieces are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned
in an ultra-sonic cleaner before reassembly in a clean room environment.
